Case Specialist
The Case Specialist is the main point of contact for our customers, working with them to bring them into tax filing and payment compliance. Strong communication (verbal and written) skills are a necessity, as are a sense of urgency, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to prioritize. Legal Admin / Paralegal
Our Paralegal / Legal Admin is an essential link between our clients and POAs (Power of Attorney – a tax attorney, CPA, or Enrolled Agent). A calm, professional demeanor is a must, as are strong communication (verbal and written) skills, a sense of urgency, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to prioritize.
