TRS President Brian Compton Selected for a Silver Stevie Award

In the Executive of the Year - Accounting, Banking, and Financial Services category, not one of the other finalists works in the tax industry. Landing a Silver Stevie is a credit to Brian's leadership, expertise, and willingness to work on the front lines with the sales team he manages when the situation calls for it. He has a knack for knowing when to stay in the background - confident that the training programs he has helped to design and implement are effective - and when to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty. Compton is also quick to acknowledge his colleagues.

"Although this is technically an individual award," Brian remarked, "there is no way I'd even be in the discussion for a Stevie without the dedication and hard work of the TRS sales team. However, always the competitor, Brian vows to continue fine-tuning the engine as the country's financial landscape and the needs of American consumers evolve. "I'm going to enjoy this award now," said Brian, "but by no means does this signal that my work is done. On the contrary, it means its time to keep pushing forward."
