Santa Monica, CA resident, Aurelie Foucaut, opened her wireless bill to read $59.77 in ordinary usage charges and a data service roaming charge of $2,367.40! Foucaut disputed the charge and requested for proof. According to the Los Angeles Times, she still has not received supporting evidence and continues to fight this surprise charge.
