Tax Fraud Committed by Kentucky Cop Gets Him 39 Months in Prison

Tax Evasion by Prosecutor Gets Prison Time

A former Lafayette Parish Assistant District Attorney was sentenced to 18 months in prison and three years of supervised release for tax evasion. He was also ordered to pay $179,661.59 in restitution to the Internal Revenue Service.
