ARIZ. TAX PROTESTOR DID NOT REPORT $2 MIL, GETS 18 MONTHS IN JAIL
Friday, February 1st, 2008Roy A. Ottinger II, 48, of Phoenix, Arz., was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison after being charged in an information to two counts of failing to file income tax returns. Ottinger was also ordered to cooperate with the IRS in order to come into compliance.
Ottinger was a licensed chiropractor in the state of Arizona, conducting his chiropractic practice in Apache Junction through Optima Multi-Care PLC, a Limited Liability
