Jeremy S. Schmid, 31, of Sevierville, Tennessee, was sentenced to three years of probation and six months of home detention. He was also ordered to pay $204,723.47 in restitution to the IRS. Schmid pleaded guilty to three counts of failing to file tax returns with the IRS.
