Tennessee Man Gets 3 Years Probation for Failing to File Tax Returns

Jeremy S. Schmid, 31, of Sevierville, Tennessee, was sentenced to three years of probation and six months of home detention. He was also ordered to pay $204,723.47 in restitution to the IRS.
