Actor Wesley Snipes’ request for an appeal for a 3-year prison term was rejected by the Supreme Court in the beginning of June. Snipes was sentenced to prison until 2013 after his 2008 trial conviction of three misdemeanor charges of willful failure to file income tax returns from 1999 to 2001. The Zeus Trojan attacks again!
According to PC1News.com, taxpayers received fake email messages from the IRS which inform them that the tax payments they made were rejected. Then the taxpayer would be redirected to the malicious website where users would have to enter the private information. The Zeus Trojan then saves this sensitive information for whatever purposes they wish.
