		<description>Wow, am I confused?  It was my understanding that if it is a homosexual relationship, even if the State recognized the "marriage"? that they are not legally married federal and can not file a MFJ tax return. 

This posting leads me to believe that if persons are legally "married" in a state they can file a MJF tax return?
