I am unemployed, barely surviving. I set up a payment plan with them for 50. a month for 08 taxes and can't deven keep up with it. I mailed in a request to file a late 09 filing anout april 15, but just got a letter denyimg me as it didn't get recived in time. Any suggestions? I cannot pay my taxes.
