I've done all of the above- not opened letters from the IRS as I've been too afraid. I have not filed at least the last 3 years of my tax returns, each year of which I believe that I would have been due a tax refund. i just now received a letter from my credit union stating that the IRS is due $60,000. and will confiscate all of the funds available in my credit union.

I'm scared and now am motivated into action to try to remedy my past procrastination. PLEASE HELP ME!

My cell phone is for messages only: 770-778-3953- phone is permanently turned off.
Best way to reach me is via e-mail: star@ellijay.com.

I live in the north Georgia mountains- work in Roswell. Where is the nearest office that I can meet with someone to help me deal with this? The IRS levy begins 11/3/09.

Sincerely,

STAR* (I have ONE legal name only- really!)
